Return and Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with the product or if there is a defect in the product, you can request a "Refund/Return Request" to return the product to Al Shafi Pharmacy within three (3) days of receiving it.
Exceptions:
In accordance with hygiene and public health laws, health and beauty products (such as shaving devices, hair removal devices, oral and dental care devices, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product within three (3) days.
- Products that require refrigeration, such as insulin and hormones, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products that must be stored at a constant temperature, such as baby formula and food, cannot be returned or exchanged in order to ensure your safety, according to the Ministry of Health guidelines.
- Products dispensed through medical insurance cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If the product is returned due to a defect, a manufacturing error, damage during delivery, or because an incorrect/wrong product was delivered, no additional charges will be applied for shipping or bank transfer fees.
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g., the customer wants to exchange the product or simply changes their mind), shipping or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.
- When preparing to return the product, it must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manuals included. We do not accept returns of products that are scratched, damaged due to misuse, or have malfunctioned due to the use of incorrect voltage.
- We reserve the right to approve the return of products that do not meet the aforementioned criteria.
- For online transactions, if the return is made at the pharmacy, the refund will be issued in cash. However, if the user requests to cancel the transaction before receiving the goods, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account within 14 business days.
