Prescription drugs will only be dispensed upon presentation of a valid prescription from a licensed medical professional. Alshafi Medical Company reserves the right to verify prescriptions and refuse service if necessary.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved methods (cash, card, or digital wallets).

5. Returns and Refunds

items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, in original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Milk-based products may be returned or replaced within 24 hours

Refrigerated medications are non-returnable

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.

Customer data is handled in accordance with Saudi data protection laws. Alshafi Medical Company does not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Liability
