Delivery information  

The date of the shipping process depends on your order, in terms of the city and the method of payment. Please note that booking requests are not included within the standard shipping time summarized below.  

The maximum delivery is  7 working days,  depending on the quality and quantity of items.  

Delivery time is appreciated and not guaranteed. To review the estimated delivery date and time, please check the product page. The product page is regularly updated based on the latest information.  

Delivery also depends on the customer's acceptance and scheduling of delivery with the shafi team and other companies that will deliver or with the shipping team.    

Al Shafi Medical Company provides free delivery service for orders 50 riyals and more and if the order is less than 50 riyals, a shipping fee of 17 riyals is added and this value is not refunded in the event of a refund.  

Please note that orders for customers whose place of residence are not specified in the list of cities and neighborhoods at the shipping address are entitled to be cancelled directly by  Al Shafi  Medical Company.  

If the purchase is ordered from our website for both large and small products, the products may be connected to the specified location but with different shipments and time.  

Receipt from the pharmacy  

You don't want to wait for delivery? Take over from the pharmacy!  

Simply order the product from our site, choose "Pick up from the pharmacy" delivery option, then we will process your order to receive it from the chosen pharmacy.  

The service is available to all Medical Healer company in the event of product availability.  

To confirm the "pick-up from the pharmacy" request, the customer will receive a text message stating that we have received the order.  

For "receipt from the pharmacy" applications, payment is made at the pharmacy upon receipt of the application.  

Applications for "receipt from the pharmacy" are paid through our website when the order is created.
